Order card is a window containing basic information about a guest’s order.
In the order card you can:
- Confirm or cancel the order
- View the reason for order cancellation
- Change the order
- Assign a courier to your order
General view of the order card:

- The first block states:
- Method of receiving the order - Delivery or Pick-up.
- Guest phone
- Guest name. The service saves the guest's data and address when placing an order.

- The Delivery Address block contains the address of the location where the order should be delivered.

If the guest has already made an order, the address will be displayed in this field. The service can store several addresses for one guest. To select the desired one, Click on it.

- The Order Receipt block contains information about the establishment and the order delivery time.

The Order Contents block specifies the list of dishes. The menu is available after selecting an establishment for pickup or selecting the time and address of delivery. The menu of which establishment will be displayed in the interface depends on the specified data.
You can configure the menu set in the corporation settings. The establishment's out-of-stock lists are taken into account. In this block, you can also add a comment to the order
- The Order Payment block contains information about the order cost and the payment method - cash or bank card. The payment method can be changed before paying for the order.
