Set up a Telegram bot to receive messages directly to your smartphone.

The Telegram bot is available to employees with the role of Establishment Manager. It is important that the phone number in the employee's card matches the phone number linked to the Telegram account.

The template applies to all objects of the corporation. But if an employee connects to the Telegram bot, he will receive notifications only from the object that is linked to him in the Employee Card. 

To create a connection:

  1. Create a template. Read more in the article Communications
  2. Fill in the Main block: select Channel – Telegram and set the conditions for sending the message
  3. Fill in the Message block
  4. Click the Save button.

Next, you need to launch the bot on the employee's smartphone. To do this:

  1. Scan the bot's QR code with your phone or follow the link under the QR code
  2. The r_k Delivery bot will open. Click the Start button to begin the conversation.
  3. Share your phone number with the bot. This is necessary to create a connection between the bot and the phone specified earlier. Click the I agree to share my number with the r_k Delivery Bot button. This way the bot will understand what messages should be sent to this number.
  4. Once the connection is established, you will receive a corresponding message.

Done, the bot is installed and configured. When the configured triggers are triggered, you will receive messages.

If you want to stop notifications, click the Menu button and select the /end command

After the command is successfully executed, you will see an unsubscribe message. 

If you want to start receiving notifications again, click the Menu button and select /start.
