Production Plan – this is a theoretical plan for N days in advance for preparing dishes and semi-finished goods. This theoretical production plan will be used for calculating goods for procurement.
The production plan is formed according to previously defined rules, and represents a symbiosis of:
- A report with a list of dishes, semi-finished goods, and goods, formed based on requests.
- A document containing manual adjustments to the requirements for producing dishes and semi-finished goods, made directly on the "Production Plan" form.
The production plan is created for a specific enterprise specified in the plan rule.
To form a production plan, use the "Production Planning" item in the main "Service" - "Logistics" menu.
To display the production plan, first select a planning rule from the previously created "Rules for Plans" in the filter.
Based on the selected rule, the necessary requests will be selected and the production plan will be created from the date specified in the rule.
Click [Apply] to form the "Production Plan".
The theoretical production plan will be displayed on the "Plan" tab.
In the Goods field:
Code – the nomenclature number of the goods item in the goods directory;
Name – the name of the goods item.
UOM – the unit of measurement of the goods item for forming requests.
Total contains the total values for all production planning dates:
Requests – contains the quantity of the goods item in the requests.
Add. – contains the quantity of the goods item entered directly into the plan in the Add. fields.
Total – contains the sum of the Requests and Add. fields.
Date (day of week) – each date for the calculated production planning period:
Requests – contains the calculated quantity of the goods item planned for production/procurement.
Add. – a field for manually entering additional quantity of the goods item during production planning.
